ASPIRE ADVANCEMENT CENTER POLICIES

By checking the boxes below, you acknowledge that this is your electronic signature indicating your agreement to our policies outlined below. All boxes must be checked to enroll.

Tuition

Tuition, once paid, is not refundable or transferable. Tuition is due on or before the 1st of the month. Payments made via Finli may have alternative due dates that will be listed.

Forms of Payment: We accept the following for first payment: cash, check, debit/credit card. Following this first payment, we require customers to use our billing platform, Finli. You will receive invoices via email from Finli to be approved and paid each month. Adding your ACH to Finli requires no additional fee, but adding a debit/credit card to Finli will add on a transaction fee.

Tuition paid after the 1st of the month will incur a $20 fee.

Late, Cancellations, and Make-Up sessions

We allow 1 make up session per month if you have to cancel any of your sessions.

Cancellations must be made known at least 48 hours in advance of a session if you wish to reschedule.

If a cancellation is made the day of the session (or if your child does not show up for a scheduled session), that session cannot be made up. No exceptions. Text Lisa at 713-494-3971 at least 48 hours in advance to be rescheduled, and we will happily move you to a convenient time.

Any make-up sessions must be scheduled and completed within 30 days of the original session date. If the session is not rescheduled within this time, it will be lost.

A student’s tuition covers their number of sessions for four weeks each month. During months with five weeks, Aspire will close for cleaning, tutor training, etc.

Running Late: Sessions cannot be extended when you are running late. We reserve the right to stop the session at the pre-scheduled time.

Month-to-Month and PIF Policy

Aspire follows a month-to-month scheduling policy and does not require a contract. However, if you plan on not returning the following month, a two week courtesy notice by email (info@aspire-now.com) or text (713-494-3971) is required.

In the event you do not return the next month and failed to provide a two-week notice, you will be charged for the next month until we are made aware of your termination. This is because your child’s tutor will continue being scheduled.
